Processing & Shipping Times

Every order is packed with great care.

  • Payment is required within 24 hours to secure your order. This ensures fairness to all customers, as many items are in high demand.

  • Packing usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on order volume.

  • Once your order is packed, you will receive a tracking number via email or DM.

Please note: During peak periods such as holidays or major sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK-Wide Shipping

  • $5 – Standard: 3–6 working days

  • $8 – Express: 1–5 working days

Delivery timeframes are in addition to processing time.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! 🌍

  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 weeks + processing time

  • Price: Calculated by size and weight of the box. A separate shipping invoice will be sent after checkout.

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes charged by their country.
As we cannot advise on the cost of these fees, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for details.

Transit Issues

Once parcels are dispatched, The Crystal Collab is no longer responsible for transit delays, damages, or lost parcels.

Returns & Exchanges

All items are carefully checked before dispatch and are sold exactly as shown during the live sale.
Please review items closely before claiming, as all purchases are final.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered for change of mind or for items damaged during transit.

  • Refunds and/or store credits may be issued at the discretion of The Crystal Collab for approved cases.

Important: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for sale items under any circumstances.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, a £10 cancellation fee will apply.
